Repeat Prescriptions
Please request your repeat prescriptions via our online portal (preferred) or by emailing [email protected]. Please ensure you advise which medications and the full name of the pharmacy you wish to collect your medication from. All prescriptions are sent electronically to a pharmacy.
Repeat prescriptions for regular medications are given at the doctors discretion, where the patient's condition is stable, and if the patient has seen the doctor within the last six to twelve months, depending on their condition.
Patients may be required to have their blood pressure taken or talk to the nurse when requesting a prescription. If you regularly have your blood pressure taken when getting a repeat prescription please call to book a time to come in and have your blood pressure taken or email [email protected] to update us with your home or pharmacy reading.
Please allow up to 48 hours after request being made (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. Although they may be done earlier we cannot guarantee this.
Urgent prescriptions (for same day) need to be requested by 1.00pm. If you have run out of medications you may be able to get an emergency supply from your regular pharmacy.
